Kon Apostolopoulos is the Founder & CEO of Fresh Biz Solutions, a human capital management consulting group that provides leadership development and executive skills coaching to help organizations develop their people, improve business results, and benefit from comprehensive talent engagement strategies. His latest best-selling book, “The Engagement Blueprint: Building a Culture of Commitment and Performance,” is helping transform workplaces, and giving companies a competitive edge in their marketplace.

Kon is an international keynote speaker and sought-after expert in improving resilience and performance. His first book, “7 Keys to Navigating a Crisis: A Practical Guide for Emotionally Dealing with Pandemics & Other Disasters”, helped establish him as a Thinkers 360 Global Top-50 Thought Leader. He has worked with business owners and senior leaders in North America and Europe, sharing fresh ideas and best practices that engage his audience and empower others to take the next bold step forward in their professional and personal life.

Drawing on many years of experience as a consultant and award-winning coach, Kon has been helping organizations manage their transformational change efforts, while preparing their emerging leaders to execute the business strategy and handle difficult transitions.

He splits his time between his home in the mile-high city of Denver, Colorado, and his homeland of Greece. When not working with business leaders, “Coach Kon” gives back to his community by developing young soccer players to grow in confidence, embrace the challenge of healthy competition, and succeed as members of a team. After all, through sports we can teach important life skills!

As a keynote speaker and best-selling author, I share powerful stories and practical techniques that help both executives and emerging leaders ignite the spark of engagement in their workforce, forge resilience through adversity, and fuel performance, even in uncertain times.
